ADVANCEMENT DIRECTOR

The Hope Effect is at a meaningful growth inflection point. Over the next five years, we are working toward 1,000 children placed into or reunited with families and expanding our foster care work across Mexico. To do that well, we need to strengthen our revenue base with a proven advancement leader. We are hiring a full-time Advancement Director who loves building relationships, is comfortable with high capacity donors, and is energized by initiating new donor relationships.
